The kit includes two GPS receivers, two cameras, a plug-and-play “brain” box, joystick wiring, and a modified steering wheel. Everything mounts with magnets — no drilling, no welding. Install time is under three hours, and the same kit can be swapped between machines the same day.

Once deployed, a single operator monitors and directs the autonomous machine from a phone or tablet — while running another piece of equipment themselves. Draw the pattern on the screen, hit “Go,” and the machine starts rolling. Idle time on jobsites has dropped from as high as 70% down to just 6–7% after deployment.

Vision-based AI that learns from the field.

Bluelight uses cameras rather than lidar, making it more affordable and better suited to dusty jobsite conditions. The AI has been trained on hundreds of thousands of real-world images across hundreds of units, so it can recognize dozers, cones, workers, and other obstacles right out of the box — with over 60,000 real-world safety stops logged and zero injuries reported.

Works with what you already have.

Bluelight is compatible with Trimble’s IBSS internet-based base station, so no additional hardware is needed. Data integrates with telematics platforms you already use, including VisionLink and Propeller. All you need on site is 4G or Starlink.
